To achieve this we work with you using our planning skills and knowledge to analyse your current situation using your performance indicators, community feedback, team interviews and other tools to get the best value and outcomes that you are seeking.

We can work with you and your team to develop an effective customer centric strategy through using design thinking processes and creating cross-team engagemet and connectivity.

We would also undertake an analysis of existing service levels, identify the community profiles, and seek customer feedback to inform positive customer service outcomes.

With our experience and knowledge we can help you achieve an effective and flexible Collection Development Policy that is representative of the culture and diversity reflected in the community. Library collections need to be accessible for all users, include both print and electronic formats and media to meet all the informational, research and leisure reading needs both now and in the future. This would be achieved through analysing usage patterns, assessing the condition of the collections and balancing the size and growth of the collections to achieve high turnover and usage meaurement outcomes.

We bring our experience and understanding of library spaces design to help you with developing design briefs for both new and renovated facilities. We will work with you, your teams and other project professionals to, assess and analyse your building needs. This may include reviewing your strategic planning processes to identify service and operational needs, community and stakeholder consultation or negotiating with and coordinating suppliers and contractors. We aim to achieve project outcomes on time and within budget.
